PARK CONDITIONS
FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY
NO GROUPS OF UNACCOMPANIED TEENAGERS
ADMISSION
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission if and when this appears necessary in the interest of other park guests.
ARRIVAL
The period of your stay is from 2pm on the day of arrival until 12noon on the day of departure.
On arrival please check-in at reception where you will be allocated and shown to your pitch. We cannot guarantee the reservation of any specific pitch, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests.
GENERAL
Damage or breakages caused to the park facilities or equipment must be reported to a member of staff and be paid for. Any wilful damage caused to property will result in an immediate ban from Pencnwc.
Noise of any kind must be kept at a reasonable level at all times especially in the evenings. Kite-flying is permitted but for health and safety reasons care must be taken not to fly the kite where overhead cables are present.
BARBECUE
Barbecues are permitted, however please ensure they are erected in an open, safe location and that they are attended at all times.
VEHICLES
There is a speed limit of 5mph on the park.
One car per unit
Please note that motorised scooters are not allowed on the park.
BICYCLES
Bikes are allowed on park however care must be taken when riding in public places.
Children who leave their bikes unattended outside of the club house will have their bikes removed from them and given back on their departure.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome, except on bank holidays and must always be on a short lead at all times and exercised off park as we do not have a designated dog area.
Dogs are not allowed in any building or in the children’s play areas
Please ensure that your dog does not foul in any public area. For health and hygiene reasons any fouling must be cleared immediately.
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE
Children should not be left unattended on the park
Parents are asked to see that children do not cause damage in the amenity blocks or elsewhere on the park. Parents will be responsible for any damage caused by their children.
SWIMMING POOL
Non swimmers and children under the age of 8yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the swimming pool and all rules must be observed
Swimming pool hours are 10am–1pm & 2pm–5pm at 50p per person, per swim. Swimming pool hours are restricted out of high season.
