As you walk around you can see them laying eggs, feeding from the plants and see them as caterpillars before their transformation. The centre has an exhibition of the rainforests of the world and a great gift shop. Don’t forget your camera.
New Quay Honey Farm - www.thehoneyfarm.co.uk (

A stones throw away from Pencnwc; the Honey Farm has lots to see. It’s got an exhibition where you can see the bees in a variety of natural habitats, a working Meadery, tea room and shop where you can buy all the products you’ve just seen being made.
The Magic of life Butterfly House - www.magicoflife.org (

Weekly supplies of pupae are bought in from stock farmed in the tropics so you will not be disappointed. The butterfly house also has giant caterpillar displays, gift shop, outdoor wildlife garden and stunning walks and waterfalls in the Rheidol Valley. It can be a beautiful day out whatever the weather.
